Ultra666 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

Welcome to ultra666, Malaysia's trusted online entertainment platform. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the platform, its services, and all products offered by ultra666. This document takes effect on 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.

Ultra666 provides an online gaming platform accessible to eligible users in Malaysia. By accessing, registering for, or using the ultra666 platform in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have reached the legal age under Malaysian law to participate in online gambling activities, which is at least 21 years of age.
• You are not on any exclusion or prohibition list enforced by a relevant regulatory authority.
• Use of the ultra666 platform is entirely voluntary and for entertainment purposes only.
• You understand that online gaming carries real financial risk and may result in monetary loss.

Ultra666 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the ultra666 website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the ultra666 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. ultra666 conducts age verification and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
• Location: ultra666's services are intended exclusively for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Mental capacity: You must have full legal capacity to make decisions and must not be in any condition that impairs your judgment.
• No restrictions: You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme from any gambling platform, and you are not prohibited from participating in gambling activities by any authority.

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account at ultra666. This covers one account per individual, mobile number, email address, IP address and device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Ultra666 reserves the right to request document verification at any time.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, including financial transactions and gaming activity.
• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. Ultra666 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to the ultra666 support team within 48 hours.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

Ultra666 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. You are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to protect your account.

Ultra666 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden charges:

• Deposited funds must be used solely for gaming purposes on the ultra666 platform.
• Ultra666 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used must belong solely to the registered member.
• Ultra666 reserves the right to decline or reverse suspicious deposits without providing any reason.
• Any attempt to commit payment fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Winnings withdrawals at ultra666 are processed quickly and transparently. The following withdrawal conditions apply to all members:

• Minimum amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Identity verification: The KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of payment method.
• Payment methods: Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method or a verified bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the amount and payment method.
• Bonus rollover: All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be approved.

Ultra666 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome bonus: The registration bonus of up to RM 688 is subject to a minimum rollover requirement of 20x the bonus amount within 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Casino rebate: A daily rebate of 0.8% is calculated based on total net turnover and credited within 24 hours with no additional rollover requirement.
• One bonus per promotion: Members may only claim one bonus per promotion. Registering multiple times to obtain a bonus is a breach of these terms.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Expired bonuses will not be extended or replaced.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while blackjack and roulette may only contribute between 10%–25%.

Ultra666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. ultra666's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final and binding.

All games available on the ultra666 platform — including slots, live casino, poker, blackjack, roulette, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports) and jackpot — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found within the platform.

• The outcome of completed games that have been credited to an account is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, ultra666 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player.
• The ultra666 Sports Betting section is subject to additional rules governing betting limits, market limits, and payout policies for both local Malaysian and international sporting events.
• Ultra666 reserves the right to void any bets deemed to have been placed based on inside information or attempts to manipulate results.

The following are strictly prohibited on the ultra666 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit software bugs for unauthorized gain.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Player collusion — including secretly communicating or cooperating with others in poker or other competitive games.
• Money laundering — using the ultra666 platform to transfer or conceal proceeds from illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse through low-risk gameplay strategies intended solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine play intent.
• Posting offensive, threatening, or harassing content directed at ultra666 staff or other users on any communication channel.

Ultra666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• False, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Confirmed fraudulent behaviour, collusion, or attempts to manipulate the system.
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves or their guardian.

In the event of account termination due to fraud or breach of terms, ultra666 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings in that account without compensation. For terminations on other grounds, any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.

Ultra666 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties or representations regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content or information on the platform.
• Uninterrupted platform availability — although we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime.
• The suitability of the platform for any purpose other than entertainment.

Under no circumstances shall ultra666's liability exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim. Ultra666 is not responsible for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.

Protecting your personal data is a priority for ultra666. The collection, use, and storage of members' personal data is conducted in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Your personal data is collected solely for platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• Ultra666 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Ultra666 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the website and/or sent via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

• The Bahasa Malaysia version of this document is the official version and supersedes any translated versions.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Ultra666's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
