Ultra666's Commitment to Your Privacy

Six core principles that form the foundation of how ultra666 handles the personal data of every member in Malaysia

Protection Under PDPA 2010

Ultra666 operates in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All collection, storage, and use of members' personal data adheres to the requirements set out under the law.

256-bit SSL Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and ultra666's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by Malaysia's major banks, including Maybank and CIMB.

Data Not Sold to Third Parties

Ultra666 does not sell, rent, or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes without your explicit consent. Your data belongs to you — it is not a business asset of ours.

Secure Servers & Regular Backups

Ultra666 member data is stored in high-performance data centres with multi-layered physical and digital security controls. Data backups are performed automatically on a daily basis to ensure continuity of service.

Right to Access & Data Correction

Every ultra666 member has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. Such requests will be processed within 14 business days, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Communication Preferences Control

You have full control over your communication preferences with ultra666. Unsubscribe from any marketing notifications at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

4

Data Sharing & Disclosure

Ultra666 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. However, there are limited circumstances in which we may need to share your data with certain parties:

  • Payment service providers: Financial data that must be shared with service providers such as Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or FPX partner banks to process your transactions. All such providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Game software providers: Minimum game data required by casino and slots software providers to technically operate the games. This data does not include your full personal identity information.
  • Legal authorities: Ultra666 may be required to disclose personal data to Malaysian authorities or regulatory bodies when mandated by law, court order, or valid legal process.
  • Analytics providers: Anonymised and aggregated usage data (not personally identifiable data) may be shared with analytics tool providers for platform improvement purposes.

In all data-sharing situations, ultra666 ensures that recipients adhere to data protection standards equivalent to or stricter than our own.

5

Data Security Measures

Protecting members' personal data is a responsibility that ultra666 takes very seriously. We continually invest in the latest security infrastructure to ensure your data remains safe at all times:

  • Encryption in transit: All communications between your device and ultra666's servers are secured with TLS 1.3 protocol and 256-bit SSL encryption.
  • Stored data encryption: Sensitive personal data — particularly passwords and financial information — is stored in encrypted form using industry-recognised cryptographic algorithms.
  • Layered access controls: Access to members' personal data within ultra666's internal systems is restricted solely to staff who require it to perform their duties, and is closely monitored.
  • 24/7 security monitoring: Our systems are continuously monitored to detect any intrusion attempts, unauthorised access, or suspicious activity.
  • Regular security audits: Ultra666 conducts regular penetration testing and security audits by independent third parties to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA): We encourage all members to enable 2FA for an added layer of protection on their accounts.

Shared responsibility: While ultra666 takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, security also depends on your own actions. Please keep your password confidential, do not share your login credentials with anyone, and report any suspicious activity to us immediately.

6

Financial & Transaction Data Protection

As the ultra666 platform involves financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), we place particular emphasis on protecting our members' financial data.

  • For e-wallet methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay, ultra666 only stores the information needed to identify your payment method — not your e-wallet password or PIN.
  • For FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other banks), the verification process takes place directly on your bank's portal — ultra666 does not have access to your online banking login credentials.
  • All financial transaction history is retained for the period required under Malaysian law for AML compliance and audit purposes.
